I've been going to Shanti ever since I arrived in Seattle, and I will never go anywhere else! Consummate professionals who always remember you, treat you like close friends, and are the best salon staff I've ever dealt with. They are awesome. Parking can be tricky -- you can find it, but it works best if you have a small vehicle. The only so-so thing I can say is that one of their front desk staff is generally stand-offish, and at times rude. It's just the one girl, though; everyone else is great. Drop ins aren't always able to be taken care of -- always plan to call ahead. There have been a few times I've had to wait longer than a week to get appointments with specific people.
