Suze Curtis always says -- 'You're as young as your spine'. Well, I recently suffered a broken back in a serious fall. The neurosurgeon was amazed that I was not paralyzed. I'm convinced that years of DPYP strengthened my spine and muscles and prevented the broken vertebrae from damaging or severing my spinal cord. I'm still on the mend, but everything works. Doctor says no more 'full wheel pose', but with Suze's help I plan to prove him wrong.
