I started with Suze's yoga classes last Spring, but fell out of touch with it for many months and re-joined last Fall. I immediately noticed a change in not only my body, but my overall mental health. I felt very comfortable in the classes and never felt intimidated by more experienced yogis. All of the instructors are very helpful with giving personal attention and ensuring each person is doing the pose correctly. I would highly recommend this studio if you want to try power yoga!
Pros: Helpful & friendly instructors, great ambiance, great results!
Cons: Sometimes Suze's weekend classes are very packed, but a great way to start the day!!
