I chose T. E. Young based on Mr. Young's reputation. Unfortunatly, Mr. Young has let his son Ben run the business. I was not please with their installation. They left the return air disconnected. I told them there was cold air coming in from the return. BEN said that was ""normal"" without even coming out to check it. I insisted his dad come check the problem. After some runaround, they showed up and found the return disconnected. I had been sucking in crawl space air from day one. Ben is a very rude, immature person. I'm sorry Mr. Young's hard earned reputation and business is going to be destroyed by his son. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I will not even call them for any warranty issues as I do not trust Ben can competently handle any issues. He is only concerned with getting the sale; quality and support comes a far second as long as he gets his initial sale.
