The location is great, but rent is too high considering the noisey construction (which has been ongoing for the last two years). Scaffolding and remnants of construction materials have been outside of the newly renovated apartment for months. Noisey machinery and construction workers are heard all thoughout the day, so this apartment complex is not child/baby friendly. There's also a noisy band that practices in a garage area.The lobby areas of the buildings have a stinch (kind of like a old hotel). The inside of the apartments are nice if you aren't planning on living in them long. One good thing is that during the night it is relatively quiet (don't hear neighbors walking around or talking that loud above or below you).
