i dont know about the tempe office but the phoenix office is ATROCIOUS! talk about bad attitudes and a shiftless clinic mentality! on my first visit, the drill sargeant nurse refused to listen to a word i had to convey about my son's medical history and proceeded to treat us as if we were on an assembly line. when i showed up with my sick son on a subsequent visit, her rude and uppity uncle only asked if we had an appt. (?!)-- these were the first and only words out of his mouth--with an attitude mind you! i'm taking my son to a richer neighborhood where unfortunately they seem to be the only areas that know how to treat customers with courtesy. IGNORANT PEOPLE!!!
Pros: Ummmm...none.
Cons: sallty salty office staff with no justifying their behavior.
