This is average ice cream at best. It is a national chain store that rolls their ice cream on a marble slab.\r

I don't like this preparation because it beats all the air out of the ice cream. Air is an important ingredient in good ice cream and these guys get rid of it!!\r

Do yourself a favor and find one of the good local joints like Lik's or Bonnie Brae if you want to enjoy what real ice cream should taste like. Stay away from these national chains.
Pros: They're everywhere (that may be a con though)
