When we picked up our dog she had two large infected wounds on her neck. This Kennel used an electric bark collar on her because she barked and they apparently are located in a ""no barking"" zone! Who would have imagined a dog would not be allowed to bark in a kennel. This facility felt justified in abusing an animal and paying vet bills rather than paying the more expensive city fine. It was traumatic to find our dog in such a condition and to think we had left her with people who cared so little about her welfare. She also lost five pounds in during her 10 day stay and was filthy when we got her back.
