My car died and based on the symptoms I told Asian Imports I thought it was the starter. After a short conversation during which the assured me it wasn't the starter but the battery, I agreed to let them replace the battery. Less than two weeks later it died and I had it towed to another mechanic where I found out that yes indeed, the starter was bad, the new battery was dead and it was the wrong battery.
Cons: poor problem resolution, misdiagnosed repair issue
