I have been eating at Pierson's for about 6 months and am on a first name basis with them. They are very friendly and pass out samples. I haven't tried everything on the menu, yet, but eventually I will. I have not been disappointed in anything I have had. The brisket, ribs, sausage, smoked chicken and turkey, beans and desserts are all excellent. I even had them smoke a turkey for me before Thanksgiving, but I am waiting for Christmas to eat it. I know it will be delicious. I always have the sauce on the side because the flavor of the meat is so good on its own. And the peach cobbler - well, I am not a big sweet eater, but every time I go I get an order of that cobbler. Now that I have tried the bread pudding, I will have to get that, too
