Though it was my own fault that I parked in the wrong parking lot, ignored the signs on a winter day and got towed, the town uses Emerson Towing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait a half an hour because my car was blocked in by others who had been towed that night and we had to wait for the keys. Come on, it is a towing company, Pick the car up with the tow truck, move it and let me get my car. The guy was very nice though but i didn't like waiting that long for people to show up with their keys.
