Predatory Towing company! Possibly Armed and Dangerous! 2/28/2014

Single handedly the worst towing and repair shop in the area. They do not screen their employees before hiring, seemingly allowing some of the most aggressive and dangerous people I've ever encountered work for them. Driver(s) threaten patrons and passer bys with acts of physical violence. Driver(s), after making threats, failed to complete job properly and sped away with a car improperly attached to the Tow Truck, almost causing numerous additional wrecks that could have resulted in well over $100,000 in damages. Driver(s) promise to next time be carrying a firearm and to hope he is not seen alone. Driver(s), in the presence of police officers, continued to shout profanities and almost cause additional accidents. more

Rescued and great service. 8/17/2010

We (wife, son and I) were on our way from Connecticut to Center Harbor, NH. We were pulling a pop-up camper with our 1997 Chevy Blazer. Going up a hill, it threw a rod bearing. Stranded in Keene, Emerson rescued us, towing the car and camper to his shop. My wife then got a ride to our destination, and a friend to picked us and the camper up at his shop later that day.\r Emerson and his team were then able to get a rebuilt engine and have it installed in 4 business days at a reasonable cost. They did a outstanding repair job and we got home with no more problems. WE cannot begin to say how greatful we are for the great service. We think it might actually be worth driving from CT to NH for future repairs! more

Emerson's 12/4/2008

My husband and I have had out cars serviced here for years. We enjoy the friendly personal service at Emerson's. When called to pick up one of us on a highway they have always responded quickly and got down the the business at hand. Very good experience. more

Don't get towed 10/23/2008

Though it was my own fault that I parked in the wrong parking lot, ignored the signs on a winter day and got towed, the town uses Emerson Towing. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait a half an hour because my car was blocked in by others who had been towed that night and we had to wait for the keys. Come on, it is a towing company, Pick the car up with the tow truck, move it and let me get my car. The guy was very nice though but i didn't like waiting that long for people to show up with their keys. more
