I have been a walking and running coach for over 10 years and am always interested in trying new excercise programs that may enhance my running and my clients running. I am so glad Core Pilates opened right across from my store the Footzone! Nancy is inspirational both in her knowledge of Pilates and how Pilates has shaped her body. My core strength has improved immensely plus I love the comaradery of the group classes. The hour flies by and I leave feeling so great!! Try it....you'll be hooked!
