Before going to CH 6 months ago, working out was the most boring thing in the world for me. I always knew it was something I needed to do to feel and look my best but it always took too long and gave too little back. CH taught me how to work out to meet my goals in less time than I ever thought was possible, and I've never felt rushed through a workout. I've met so many people at CH who tell me the same thing, so I know they definitely have a system that works. My wife now goes to CH and simply loves it, although she said it was difficult at first to get used to being pushed during workouts. We've both changed our diets drastically based on recommendations we've gotten from CH and as a result, I've lost 44 pounds and my wife has already dropped 10 (in only a month). This is the best I've felt in a long time and I owe it all to CH and their first class trainers. I love this place!
