While the rent is reasonable, managerial staff helpful, and units spacious, the building is a bit older resulting in VERY creaky floorboards. If living downstairs, be prepared to hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. If living upstairs, be prepared for a complaining neighbor whose life you impose upon by simply making a trip to the kitchen or restroom. On either side, it is extremely annoying. In addition, they advertise as an adult friendly complex however throughout the warmer months the place converts into a playground of screaming unsupervised children.
