I had a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure and had a horrible experience. Although I was admittedly slightly late (about 7 minutes) I was rushed through my pedicure which was completed shoddily in less than twenty minutes. The pedicurist Stephanie consistently got nail polish on my skin which she wiped off with her nails. When I stepped outside, I noticed that the polish was applied unevenly and collected by the sides of the nails near the skin. My husband was with me and encouraged me to go back inside. He said that he could do what she did to my toes! I went back in and said that I was unhappy with the pedicure and showed the receptionist where the polish had ran. They took me back to Stephanie and she quickly re-did it (emphasize QUICKLY). When I left it still really wasn't good and I had nail polish residue on my skin again. My biggest regret was that I actually tipped her after the second time....shouldn't have done that. It was a really bad experience and I've had $10 pedicures that look way better than that. Not worth it at all and would never go back.
