a couple of girlfriends and i ate at fireside pies around 9:45 on a friday and only had to wait 45 minutes. but we sat outside and had some red passion sangria while we waited and it was fabulous. we sat on the patio and our waitress was really attentive. we didnt have to wait all that long for our pizza either. it was delicious! i got the north beach pizza with scarmoza cheese (a smoky mozzarella) and it was even better cold the next day. i am definitely going back.
Pros: the BEST pizza and drinks.
Cons: kinda trendy and all that goes with that label.
