I boarded my dogs here for one night and never again. I feel they were neglected. The blanket I sent them with was urinated upon and filthy (my dogs have been housetrained long ago) and they were not let out in the morning. They were in such a hurry to leave they jumped right into the car and one of my dogs actually wet the seat. I assumed they had been let out already. I was also called the night before and asked to come early (7:15am) and was charged for the day anyway (she told me before I would not be). Also was charged for rawhides I never saw and was told she wanted cash only also the night before.
