traumatized dog 10/9/2008

I had Nancy groom my keeshond, Buster. I don't know what happened that day, but Buster came home absolutely traumatized. It took him three days to return to his normally happy, bright eyed self. I wondered if it was the grooming experience itself and not the groomer, but the very first day of taking him to the person who now grooms my dog he came out not only happy but pumped up. I did not care for the job that Nancy had done either, he was clean but looked kind of ratty. For the same price, I can get a show groom from my new groomer. I will never go back to Nalyns. more

Bad boarding experience 5/26/2007

I boarded my dogs here for one night and never again. I feel they were neglected. The blanket I sent them with was urinated upon and filthy (my dogs have been housetrained long ago) and they were not let out in the morning. They were in such a hurry to leave they jumped right into the car and one of my dogs actually wet the seat. I assumed they had been let out already. I was also called the night before and asked to come early (7:15am) and was charged for the day anyway (she told me before I would not be). Also was charged for rawhides I never saw and was told she wanted cash only also the night before. more
