I had Nancy groom my keeshond, Buster. I don't know what happened that day, but Buster came home absolutely traumatized. It took him three days to return to his normally happy, bright eyed self. I wondered if it was the grooming experience itself and not the groomer, but the very first day of taking him to the person who now grooms my dog he came out not only happy but pumped up. I did not care for the job that Nancy had done either, he was clean but looked kind of ratty. For the same price, I can get a show groom from my new groomer. I will never go back to Nalyns.
