The initial visit when purchasing was great. After that, they lost my try on appointments and we had to wait for a very long time to get fitted for our wedding dresses. When I asked how long we would have to wait the owner lifted the day's scheduled appointments and stated: what is it you want me to do about it? It was not until I started to contact other alterations places did they ""fit us in"". My alterations were done poorly, I cried at what they did to my wedding dress and they did not press the alterations on either dress so it was impossible to tell if it was going to work or not. I ordered a third dress, was never contacted about it's arrival. When I contacted them, I was met with abruptness and rudeness and told the dress was probably there, but they could not confirm it and would let me know. They never got back to me about whether or not they had my other bridesmaids dress with 2 weeks to go before my wedding date. I still don't know if they have it. As a small business owner, I am surprised they are in business. A classic case of ""get you in the door, too late to change, and let you hang""
