I guess they don't want any business. They are the only reccommended Maytag dealer repair shop in my area. I have called and called and called and they keep promising me that they will come out and then NO ONE COMES OUT OR CALLS ME-- THE ONLY ANSWER I GOT WAS ""the man couldn't get a hold of me""!. That is strange because their number isn't on either one of my phones and they didn't EVEN leave a message to call them back due to they couldn't reach me????? Approx. 8 weeks now, going on 9 weeks and no one still has called me back or came out to my home to help me. The last time I called the girl who answers the phone was sick and told me she didn't know why no one hasn't come out yet and then she put me on hold and NEVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!!! The time before then, she promised me that the owner would call me back. No owner has called me back. Well, I am calling Maytag today because I spent alot of money at Home Depot for my appliances and if they are the only service people that are responsible for repairing my appliances when I need someone ---I am in real trouble. I am dumb founded that they are even answering the phone if they don't want to service Maytag customers. dah........... HELP!!! vcm
