This place is rude, neglectful, liars, and lack any respect for the consumer. Our mortgage was ""sold"" to them. We had no choice but to make our house payments to them. I continually had to call them to correct them for mistakes. Anyone I ever spoke with at Wilshire never took care of correcting the problem. I quickly refinanced my home through another company who has turned out to be very good to deal with. I am so thankful that I got my mortgage away from Wilshire. They apparently are some kind of a collection company that also handles mortgages. Their employees do not know when to deal with good people. Anytime I spoke with them also, they treated me like I was stupid and didn't know anything about my own mortgage! When is this place going to get in trouble and close their doors. They are a sick company and seem to hire only sick minded employees. I'm so happy that in November of 2005 we left them and you should do the same! Get as far away from this place as possible!
