Direct Drive Diagnostic is sincere and can figure out problems that no other shop could ever figure out or fix. All other shops would pretend that they knew what was wrong with my car or would say that my car needed something it didn't. In fact, every experience I have had with Direct Drive Diagnostic has been a pleasure. I can say the same for many of my friends. This is a well known establishment with a great reputation. The owner, Naum, always takes the time to explain problems with the car - what's wrong, what the solution is and what your options are. I feel like I am in good hands at Direct Drive which is a lot more than I can say for about 99% of the other places I have taken my car.
