Awful customer service 12/10/2007

We moved at the beginning of December. Firstly we went through four different sales reps to get everything organized which was awful, never knew who to phone, and was not notified of each sales rep change. Secondly the quote was tremendously lower than what we ended up paying (had to pay in an additional $1000 on top of what they originally quoted), and when your moving and with other major expenses thats a lot of additional money (so it was a very poor quote to help us manage expectations). The crew seemed nice ""Ray"" we gave them a nice tip for there hard work, paid for all there food and drinks on the two days. Unfortunatly our move got messed up slightly due to our building company, however taking into account the above they are now still asking for $348.00 to come and pick up the matts from the move. Honestly I am shocked and disgusted at there customer service level, they are on the road all the time surely someone could come past and pick up the pads. Pros: They started off great Cons: And it went all downhill from that point, customer service was awful more
