So, it's like pulling teeth to get the technicians to actually return your call. I had 2 treatments there with little to no results. The icing on top of the cake was when the technician asked if I could pay (the technician) in cash. You draw your own conclusion. I regret not making a fuss about it and reporting it. I now go to some other clinic, with friendly and highly professional staff and guess what, they actually return your call on time!
