These people cannot be trusted. The work they did was allright, but numerous problems have surfaced since the project was completed, and even though they wrote a warranty, they will not return calls or come back out to fix them. When we previously were able to get someone on the phone, they were rude and nasty (of course, when they were trying to get our $10k project, they were very, very nice!)\r
We're talking serious flaws in workmanship that affect usage of the bathroom they installed. We plan to file a formal complaint with the appropriate agency.
