The one thing I've noticed is that some of the employees are a bit surly and bitter, but the shakes are famous and the food is good. The one downside is that it is VERY pricy, so unless you come across those coupons they send out, you're in for an $8 meal for a regular burger, fries, and a coke. It also tends to be a long wait, so unless you've got time to spend, I wouldn't expect ""fast"" food. I waited for close to 20 minutes once for a simple burger and fries with only 2 people ahead of me. \r

But if you're looking for good food that you're willing to shell out some dough for, this a great place to go.
