way. My criteria are pretty simple: Mozarella cheese with real flavor and a stringy consistency\r
when piping hot. Pepperoni that is not paper thin and has a kick to it. (Hand sliced if possible) Tomato sauce that has a spicy flavor. Thin crispy crust..... On this basis I would say that Tomatoes Apizza has a ways to go to get to this level. With a little tweaking, this hard working\r
owner chef can get there.
