Maybe I am a little too trusting? When I went in and ordered my bridesmaid dresses everything was great. So I called a couple weeks later, and was told the dresses would be shipped on July 14th. So the week of 7/14 I called to double check, so that my bridesmaids could schedule their fittings in the states they lived in... and they confirmed they were being shipped on 7/14. So when I called on 7/17 to see if they had come in, I was told they hadn't but would get a call when they did. So when I didn't get a call for 2 days, I called them. I was then told that they were being SHIPPED on 7/21! So they came in on 7/26. I went in on the 27th to pay the balance, and get the dresses shipped to the girls that needed them, which the store had agreed to do for free, since they came in late. As I am standing there giving the manager the addresses, another employee came over and says "did you show her the maid of honor dress?" Which he had not. It wasn't the right dress! It wasn't even the right length of dress. It wasn't even CLOSE TO THE OTHER DRESS! THEY WERE GOING TO SHIP THE WRONG DRESS TO MY MAID OF HONOR, WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!!! They were apologetic, since the dresses are made in CHINA and they had come in a week late there wasn't enough time to get it in time for my wedding.
