I ordered take out and was told food would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived at the appointed time, the manager told me in an curt, unpleasant manner that the food wasn't ready and to ""sit down for 5 minutes"". Over 15 minutes passed. No food. No status update. No apology. The restaurant was not terribly busy. I left, and I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before. Previous visits to both the lunch buffet and dinner service showed decent food and indifferent service. Turns out I should have heeded previous posts about the angry manager. Learn your lesson --- don't let it happen to you!
