I would not recommend using this business, simply because of the owner's rude nature over the phone. I'm in the process of trying to find a cleaner in Miami Beach to steam a dress for an upcoming event. After a few simple questions over the phone with staff, the owner picked up the phone to answer my questions. She was rude and unprofessional. I had asked about the possibility of having a dress steamed the same day as my arrival to Florida. I understand if this is unrealistic, but the owner was short talking and nasty over the phone, saying "whatever" to me about the difference between a "question or a comment". I found her rudeness and arrogance unnecessary. I was actually shocked at her demeanor on the phone. If her phone manners are this poor, I can't imagine how she treats customers inside her shop.
