Avoid this company at all costs!!! I hired them to come and clean out my gutters. They came out, punctured holes in my front gutter causing $400 worth of damage and left the job. They didn't even bother to clean out the other three gutters on my house. No one would ever return my phone calls and we were given the complete run around by ""Angela"" and ""Crystal"" who patched us in to ""Thad's"" voice mail. No one offered to resolve anything. The sub-contractor who did the damage came out a week later to ""fix"" the job, and proceeded to lean a heavy ladder against our already damaged gutter and then was going to epoxy the holes that he had created. It was unbelievable. My husband had to tell him to stop. He had absolutely NO idea what he was doing. We are taking Mile Hi to small claims court. Anyone have any advice on that one? There seems to be quite a few of us out there. This company bullies the little guy. Their tactics are deplorable and shocking. Anyone up for a class action law suit yet?
Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: Don't be fooled by their ""reasonable"" prices. It will cost you far more in the long run.
