I had been going to Gervais since they opened up on Park Avenue some 30 years ago. After they sold and moved to the lovely sight in Saratoga, I thought it was fantastic. They had the best french food in the valley and now they went to one of the best sites. I was really excited to go their on my anniversary, boy was I disappointed. I could hardly eat the food, the service was bad and when I complained, they told me the original owners sold the business so it wasn't the same anymore. They special evening was ruined and I will never go back.
Pros: Bad chef, bad employees, expensive
Cons: great atmosphere
