I love to shop at bookstores and this Barnes and Noble is one of my favorites. Since the location is right near my workplace I find it especially appealing. This is where I purchase many books for gift giving on occasions like bithdays and christmas. I have alwyas experienced good customer service and have found that placing special orders is easy and hassle-free.
