There are a lot of Ross's around that are a complete pile, but I have noticed that the Bountiful Ross is always neat and clean and well organized by color. They have the friendliest sutomer service reps, and their Manager is a delight she seems to know people by name, and is always in a good mood. I shop for hours at a time, and I never leave without anything. I love this store, plus it saves me a ton even when I buy the designer wear.
