I'm very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales clerks. Each time I've gone to this particular BCBG, I would always come out of the store feeling good. When they have their sales, the prices are great! And of course, the clothes are awesome. (Then again...I've always been a BCBG fan!) So, if you want fabulous clothes with NO snooty or rude sales clerks, this is THE place! Other shops on Robertson and on Melrose should take heed and re-evaluate their ""Customer Service"" issues. Maybe they should require their sales clerks to attend a seminar course in ""The Customer is Always King!""
