The foie gras ""signature dish."" sauced with chocolate and orange marmalade, is truly remarkable. Try the Dover sole, with a wonderful light brown sauce, dressed with spinach and a tender young carrot and potato. The extensive wine list includes very good wines by the glass at reasonable prices. The service is more than excellent. The modern decor adds to the diners' pleasure.
