After having some remodeling work done in our home, we discovered the pilot light was out on our hot water heater. Ace not only got it relit, but also cleaned the screen around the bottom of the water heater. Seems the dust from the remodeling clogged the screen, causing the light to extinguish. So glad he was able to determine that so we are aware for future projects! And Lynne had remembered me from when I purchased a new furnace years ago. Great customer service!!
