Paid them to diagnose problem on first visit. We ordered parts and scheduled them to come back for follow up to install. No show for installation visit. Didn't call to explain and did not return multiple calls. Everybody has a bad day so we scheduled a second appointment with them to install parts. This time a no show also, but did answer phone mid day and said he would "be there shortly" and STILL never showed. Horrible business practices. Wasted my time and money!!
