Paid my deductible and American home shield scheduled to fix my stove it took them until February to even come look at it not showing up at least twice. Parts were ordered in February March I still never heard from them so I called American home shield and they said from our end it says that your parts already came in so then I called D and D Enterprises and the guy acted surprised saying oh yes I believe your parts came in today will do this tomorrow and of course they never showed up. This has been ongoing it is now July 24 I still don’t have my stove repaired I even very sweetly and kindly told the gentleman it’s very hard to prepare a meal for a family of five. Horrible more

Called them 6 times in a 10 day period regarding warranty work. No Respose 10/30/2020

I was assigned this company from American Home Shied. My instructions were to call them to schedule a service date. I called them multiple times and left multiple messages. No one ever returned my call. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS 5/23/2019

NEVER showed up, NEVER returned and calls or emails. HORRIBLE business. Go find a good repairman! more

The WORST 3/12/2019

Paid them to diagnose problem on first visit. We ordered parts and scheduled them to come back for follow up to install. No show for installation visit. Didn't call to explain and did not return multiple calls. Everybody has a bad day so we scheduled a second appointment with them to install parts. This time a no show also, but did answer phone mid day and said he would "be there shortly" and STILL never showed. Horrible business practices. Wasted my time and money!! more
