Review content:
Paid my deductible and American home shield scheduled to fix my stove it took them until February to even come look at it not showing up at least twice. Parts were ordered in February March I still never heard from them so I called American home shield and they said from our end it says that your parts already came in so then I called D and D Enterprises and the guy acted surprised saying oh yes I believe your parts came in today will do this tomorrow and of course they never showed up. This has been ongoing it is now July 24 I still don’t have my stove repaired I even very sweetly and kindly told the gentleman it’s very hard to prepare a meal for a family of five. Horrible
