BC was thorough in diagnosing the problem with our downstairs toilet. This toilet was over 30 years old, believe it or not. Once the problem was explained to us in language we could understand, we decided to replace the t. with a new one. B. then checked the upstairs t. and found why the leak was occurring. The t. was set incorrectly when we bought it 2 years previously. B. explained what was involved in a repair, so, hearing this, we opted to replace this one also.
B replaced both t. on the same day, which was 03/09/2018. We love these new ones!--higher seats, great flushing.
B. was professional and installed a sense of confidence in his knowledge.
