With all the positive reviews, we went with Alan Weiss for our daughter's wedding this New Years eve. I was not pleased with his service. My husband had to tell them that there were flowers to be put on the cake and not one person on his staff knew anything about it. We had to look for him when it came time to do the run through prior to the wedding which was rushed due to lack of time. This surprised me since he sold us the line that he was very good at running weddings since "weddings are like a production" He actually asked my husband to hand out the champagne prior midnight. None of his staff was present to do this. In summary, I felt that Alan did not have full control of the event.
