Catering by Alan Weiss gave us a dream wedding. There is no other Kosher caterer that we would ever consider other than Alan Weiss. The food, service and presentation was outstanding. Alan Weiss helped give us the greatest day in our lives and we are grateful for his exquisite expertise. more

Daughters wedding 1/20/2018

With all the positive reviews, we went with Alan Weiss for our daughter's wedding this New Years eve. I was not pleased with his service. My husband had to tell them that there were flowers to be put on the cake and not one person on his staff knew anything about it. We had to look for him when it came time to do the run through prior to the wedding which was rushed due to lack of time. This surprised me since he sold us the line that he was very good at running weddings since "weddings are like a production" He actually asked my husband to hand out the champagne prior midnight. None of his staff was present to do this. In summary, I felt that Alan did not have full control of the event. more

We gathered friends, family and neighbors at our home for a celebration and hired them to provide the food. I had no idea that they would do such an amazing job! From the initial meeting to plan the day and the menu, their support until the day of the party and then the event itself, I was extremely please with every aspect of the catering. more

We have had so many compliments on the food and service. The food, of course, was wonderful, but the service was spectacular. People commented on how someone was always there to fulfull a need or thought. more

We would like to thank you and your staff for giving us a phenomenal wedding reception on May 24, 2012! The food, service and attention was excellent - not to mention the great presentation. The guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we most definitely enjoyed ourselves! We received many compliments from our guests. more
