In June, my 2004 central AC system failed. Joe came quickly and explained that coolant for that system would be extremely expensive and the coolant would be unavailable in a couple of years. We decided to install a new system.
My problem was that, as a retiree on a fixed income, I did not feel capable of paying for a new system immediately. Joe worked out a payment plan that took care of that barrier.
We also replaced my 17 year old water heater about the same time, again with the enabling that Joe worked out for financing.
Besides great service, Joe is a very friendly guy and easy to deal with.
