Travis C. was our technician. He called a half hour before to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time. He introduced himself and we went over what needed to be done in each room. His work associate arrived and they went to work. they moved the furniture in the living room and cleaned behind the chairs and couches and then moved them back. They had me inspect each room to get my approval on what was done and then we finalized the paperwork. They were very professional in their actions and treatment of us and our home.
