We have a visit for each season--heating and a/c. Richard came to check our heating. He was on the roof with the gauges. He was thorough. He noted the need for filters. He suggested, but did not push duct cleaning. He used the correct name of the capacitor, but didn't insist on replacing it. I recommend Elite for furnace inspection. Five Stars!
