Elite Heating & Cooling 1/2/2019

Elite sold me new equipment about 6 years ago. Since the install, any dealings with them have been fantastic. The office staff is VERY polite and courteous. The repair people have been quick, competent and extremely knowledgeable. In all, the equipment works extremely well with very few problems over the years. I would also recommend the Fall / Spring cleaning program. It really makes a difference. more

checking the heating system for the winter 11/21/2018

we got our cooling and heating system from Elite. We pay a minimal amount each year for Elite to check that the system is working well. Alan came for the winter check-up and was thorough and professional. Terri the office secretary was very efficient in the appointment set up. Really glad we have this company check our cooling and heating twice a year. more

Heating Unit Fall Check-up 11/3/2018

From making the appointment to the completion of the check-up all was done professionally and efficiently. The service man even arrived a few minutes early . The office person called to make sure that was okay. How nice not to have to wait until the end of the two hour window. I have been using this company for years and have always been satisfied. more

plumbing backup 10/26/2018

Chris was a good plumber but I felt like I got over charged a little. The first time he came he roto rootered my plumbing and charged me $300.00. I was told that it wasn't warrantied and I was told that if he came back out within a year for the same problem he'd have to bring the camera and the pressure washer for the pipes. A week later my toilet and shower weren't working again.I called and made the appointment and told the guy who answered the phone what Chris had said about bring the camera and washer and he scheduled me. When Chris showed up he had no camera or washer. He did run a snake with a ball on it and punched through some stuff and got it working and charged me $100.00 for that .He said he'd come back with the camera and washer in a week and it would be 350.00. He scheduled it for a third time a week later and brought the camera and washer, he got it all cleaned out but then charged me 389.00 and said his Boss wanted to charge 500.00. I ended up paying 789.00 to get my plumbing working, but I feel they should have told me my options and just did the camera and power wash in the first place. That way would have been cheapest and took the least amount of time. more

HVAC Check Up 4/3/2018

I have been using Elite for 3 or 4 years. They have installed and serviced the air conditioner for my house and twice a year do the service check up. Making appointments is a snap, the service people are timely and totally professional. The office staff friendly and attentive. Top notch outfit. more
