I have been a customer for over 7 years with this company. Their service people are very good and everyone is friendly. Recently I called for a plumbing repair and was quoted a $39 service call. The plumber arrived within the hour and looked at the problem and retrieved a part from his truck. Said. "I am done and that will be $139". I asked what happened to the $39 service charge and he responded that every job is a minimum of 1 hour labor at $100 per hour. I called the office to discuss this and requested a call back as this was a unfair charge for less than 10 minutes of work. I have waited 5 days for a call back and still nothing but silence. They keep sending me these request for a review so here it is. I have purchased in the past a new AC/Heater, Water heater and whole house filtering system, but this will be the last time I use this company. While I cant get satisfaction with this bill nothing prevents me from spending my dollars elsewhere. If you use this company ask for a total bill estimate before allowing them to do any work. Their service people are good but not worth the hassle and the hidden costs. Can anyone recommend a good plumbing/heating company? more

Hot Water Heater Replacement 2/1/2018

Came home to a garage full of water and within 45 minutes Shann was at my door replacing the tank. He was personable, efficient and had everything necessary to complete the job. Office staff was quick to respond to my initial call. Would highly recommend Elite for AC and Heating tune-ups as well! more

Semi annual equipment check up 1/16/2018

Jairo was very courteous and friendly. He checked the thermostat and would have put in the filters if I had them. He had reusable ones but I did not want to purchase them at this time. He spent time checking out all the functions of the furnace. I had paid for this service in the summertime so there was no charge today. I would recommend this company. They are professional and very courteous. more

New Heating and air system 12/24/2017

Once again Elite has surpassed all my expectations. Ken came for a check up and found serious problems with our system. He took pictures and explained thoroughly each problem. We were aware that within the next year something had to be done. The furnace was not warming the house. After discussing it with Ken we decided to put a new system in. He gave us a great price and was very practical when evaluating the system we needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and fair. more

Chris came and changed our faucets in the bathrooms and the kitchen. He was very professional and courteous. He cleaned-up after he was done and left the sinks sparkling. His work was superb. more

Autumn Tune-up 10/14/2017
